I've been interested in the interplay between human behaviour and design for as long as I can remember. Coming from a family of social scientists (with a couple of artists mixed in) I've learned the importance of observation, experimentation and of asking the right question at the right time.

My work is fuelled by a passion for research-driven design, systems thinking, constant learning and the thrill of untangling complex, challenging problems. I believe in strong, empathetic leadership that empowers design teams to build products that people not only need, but love.
